We created some beautiful daffodil art to signify the beginning of Spring.
In Math, we practiced the Tens Partner strategy for subtraction. Students are starting to show improvement in accuracy and speed with subtraction facts to ten.
In Language Arts, we have been starting to write simple stories. Students were given a picture prompt and then asked to share their ideas with others of what may be happening in the picture.
We started Options on Friday. Students get to choose between choir, art, technology, stem or outdoor games. Not everyone got their first choice as we would have too many students in some areas. Students love the fact that they get to see students from other classes.
