We have been working on learning about 2D and 3D shapes in Math this week, as well as, Fact Families.
We are finishing up our building unit in Science. We have been reading Fairy Tales and creating towers,
bridges, walls, houses, tables, chairs, etc. with many different building
materials. Students coloured puppets for The Three Billy Goats Gruff, and are
bringing them home this week to retell you the story we used to inspire
our bridge building.
We will be starting the unit about the past and present in Social Studies in the upcoming week. There
is a special activity (family interview) in the homework document for you to do
during the upcoming week. Please complete it on a separate paper and turn it in
with your homework on Friday.
